New Hall Charges 

Charges for hire of hall/rooms start on the 1st June 2025 as follows:

Community Centre

Use of main hall or rooms upstairs  

Main Hall:

– Voluntary and Community Groups – €30 per hour

– Commercial Groups – €50 per hour

Upstairs:

– Voluntary and Community groups  –   €20 per hour

– Commercial groups –  €40 per hour

Extension

– €30 per hour

Events

Use of main hall and stage for Events – €200

Exceptions:

• School Concerts  – €100
• School Sales of Works  – €150

Sports Hall

€ 30 per hour.

Fines

Fines of €50 to be applied to any group , who do not turn off lights or heating after their meeting.

Insurance

All independent clubs/organisations or private individuals hiring community facilities, must ensure that their insurance policy indemnifies the CDA. Email to cappamore.ie@gmail.com prior to event

Copy of own public liability insurance policy, must be presented to Hall or Sportshall Manager, for record purposes as per guidelines laid down by CDA Insurers.
