New Hall Charges 

New charges for hire of hall/rooms start on the 1st Oct 2023 as follows:

Use of main hall or rooms upstairs  

– Voluntary and Community groups  –   €30 per meeting/use

– Commercial groups –  €40 per meeting/use

Events

Use of main hall and stage for Events – €200

Exceptions:

  • School Concerts  – €100
  • School Sales of Works  – €150

Existing charges to remain in place, and  will be reviewed at a later date.

Fines

Fines of €50 to be applied to any group , who do not turn off lights or heating after their meeting.

Insurance

All independent clubs/organisations or private individuals hiring community facilities, must ensure that their insurance policy indemnifies the CDA.

Copy of own public liability insurance policy, must be presented to Hall Manager, for record purposes as per guidelines laid down by CDA Insurers.
