It’s with deepest regret to announce the passing of Fr. Gerald Grace formally of Oola.
Fr. Grace was a member of the Cappamore panel that won the 1964 Senior County Hurling Championship. Our sympathies go out to his family and friends.

At half time Cappamore led by 13 points to 4. In the first half Jack Sheehan, Donal O Mahoney and Michael Daly scored some excellent points. Caherline made a come back early in the second half and were within 2 points when Michael Moore scored a well taken goal after some excellent teamwork. Best for Cappamore were Conor Fitzgibbon, Kevin Doyle, Donal O Mahoney, Jack Sheehan, David Holmes and Gearoid Mulcahy.

Our under 16s knew they had a battle on their hands when they travelled to Monagea on monday for the 6th round of championship hurling as Knockaderry / Monagea top the group. Cappamore were under pressure at half time trailing 11 points to 7 , but a brilliant effort by liam o Donnell from play and place ball and the extra effort from the full panel brought it to a draw at full time

U8 Hurling Blitz
Played Hospital, Bruff, and Garryspillane a right battle with the bouncers. All players did the club proud
