Cappamore Community Plan Survey

As a member of community you are invited to have your say in the community plan by completing an online survey. The link to the survey is in the community plan section of the Cappamore.ie web site. Please take a few minutes to share your views . The closing date for submissions is Monday February 12th . For paper copies or assistance in filling the survey, please contact Ballyhoura Development Office, LCFE East limerick campus 061 387040. Also, the next planning meeting will take place on Tuesday February the 20th at 8pm in Cappamore Community Centre. All are welcome and we would be delighted to see you there.

Cappamore Community Games:

Are holing a clothes collection. Bags can be dropped to Bilboa clubhouse on Monday January 15, 22 and 29 from 7-8pm. All types of clean reusable clothing, handbags, paired shoes/trainers, hats and belts.

Cappamore GAA and Camogie club Lotto:

Green and Gold Lotto draw was held on Monday January 22nd for Jackpot of €3800 and there was no winner. Cappamore Housing Association:

They have now erected a polytunnel at rear of Convent building. We thank Limerick County Council Community Recognition Fund for their support for same and hope to fit out same in coming few weeks.

SATURDAY MORNING LITTER PATROL

On Saturday morning we’re hoping to meet at O’Dwyers Cross at 11 am to do a max 30 minutes Litter Pick – Down Moore St. and Bridge St. and up Main St. The more volunteers we have the less time it will take. Hi-Vis Jackets and Pickers supplied. Hoping for volunteers from the Estates to cover their own areas. We know there aren’t enough Litter Bins (we’re working on that) but we’re hoping to keep Cappamore Litter Free for 2024.
