Cappamore GAA and Camogie club Lotto:

Green and Gold Lotto draw was held on Monday March 18th for Jackpot of €5400 and there was no winner. Subject: HSE Living Well programme commencing in Caherconlish Millennium Centre on April 16th

Hi all,

I’d very much appreciate if you could promote this Caherconlish programme among your groups/refer clients to us, details as per attached poster. Let me know if you require additional information, brochures etc.

Living Well is an evidence based, structured Self-management Programme originally developed in Stanford University, California in the 1990’s. The programme has been delivered in Ireland since 2005 and is used worldwide. It has been shown to improve quality of life and mental health and adopts a population health approach.
