Cappamore Historical Society is hosting a lecture by Colonel Colm Doyle (retd) on Wednesday April 3rd at 8.30pm in Cappamore Community Centre (main hall)The title of the lecture is ” Bosnia – a personal perspective” Colonel Doyle is the author of ” Witness to War Crimes; The memoirs of a Peacekeeper in Bosnia”
Admission €5 to non-members including refreshments.

I’d very much appreciate if you could promote this Caherconlish programme among your groups/refer clients to us, details as per attached poster. Let me know if you require additional information, brochures etc.

Living Well is an evidence based, structured Self-management Programme originally developed in Stanford University, California in the 1990’s. The programme has been delivered in Ireland since 2005 and is used worldwide. It has been shown to improve quality of life and mental health and adopts a population health approach.

Cappamore Community Plan

The final meeting regarding the Cappamore Community Plan will take place on Tuesday 19th March at 8pm in Cappamore Community Centre. Ballyhoura will present a draft of the Plan taking into consideration the findings from the survey and the earlier workhops. All are welcome and we would be delighted to see you there.

Bilboa & Clonteen Clean Up Group:

They will be participating in Team Limerick Clean Up 9 again this year. New helpers always welcome. Our local clean-up will be taking place shortly. Please text 087-9473584 for equipment and details on routes etc.

Green and Gold Lotto draw was held on Monday March 11th for Jackpot of €5200 and there was no winner.
