Good Morning

We are planning on having an information meeting in Pallasgreen Community centre on March 9th at 7.30 see here https://www.ballyhouradevelopment.com/Event/lets-talk-about-secs-sustainable-energy-communities

Future grant supports like the next LEADER programme will be Green. Having an energy master plan will support these actions . Some individuals in the community are interested in the process so it would be good to have a Community group lead on this

This would involve identifying 1, 2 or 3 community groups/facilities, a business or 2 and a few households to engage in developing an audit for energy usage and solutions. Ballyhoura would support the group in the necessary paperwork in engaging a consultant to complete this. (just like we do with the LEADER programme)

The cost of the consultant is met by an SEAI grant

If you are interested in attending please register here https://www.ballyhouradevelopment.com/Event/lets-talk-about-secs-sustainable-energy-communities
