U8 and U10 Hurling
Cappamore V Sean Treacys
Venue: Kilcommon.
We split both panels to make two U8 teams and two U10 teams who took part in challenge matches against our Tipperary neighbours. As per usual when we travel to Kilcommon we received a friendly reception and were treated to refreshments afterwards. Thanks to Sean Treacys for the hospitality.

East Junior B hurling League

Cappamore 3-11 Pallasgreen 2-13

A fine evening for hurling. Cappamore and Pallas trading some fine scores early on. It was Cappamore who took their goal chances well in the first half, Kevin Ryan Al getting one and Tommy Ryan getting two more. Our movement was good at times as was our passing. Half time score Cappamore 3-06, Pallas 0-8

However, it was Pallasgreen who started the 2nd half brightly and were the better team for the second half. But Cappamore just had enough work done in the first half to see off their challenge. Full time score Cappamore 3-11 Pallas 2-13.

Cappamore lined out as follows: S Slattery, k Doyle, L Walsh, P Ryan Luke, E O Malley, B Coffey, Brian O Donoghue, S Ryan, C O Brien, L Creamer, K Ryan{AL], D O Dwyer, M Ryan, T Ryan [Luke], K Ryan

Subs M Tracey for B O DOnoghue, P Cambell for S Ryan[injured], E Maloney for K Ryan, D O Donoghue for T Ryan Luke
