Abington Church:

A Summer Recital of Sacred Music by Peter Barley and Singers from St.Mary’s Cathedral will be held in Abington Church on this Sunday 3rd July at 5pm. Performance for hour. Free admission. Donations for church upkeep welcome.

Archdiocese of Cashel and Emly Annual Pilgrimage to Knock Shrine:

It is happening on Sunday 7th August and a minimum of 30 people is needed to book a bus. Please book by Thursday 14 July by contacting Terrie McCarthy at 087-6198387 or Michel English at 087-2295873

Cappamore Celtic FC:

Congratulations to Josie Kett who won 304 Euros in the Spilt the Bucket draw. This draw was held in the clubhouse after the recent AGM. The winning ticket was pulled by the new club secretary Margaret Cahill in the presents of the new club-person Colette Collins. Best of luck to these new members of the top table. They both bring a lot of new skills and experiences to the club. The club is really looking forward to the new season with such a strong and dedication top table, committee, managers, coaches and players.
