Cappamore Main St:
There is replacement works due for Main St, Cappamore Bridge. The Contractor expects to start week beginning Monday 5th September with works taking a minimum of 4 to 5 weeks as it is a full bridge replacement project. They intend to operate a Stop/Go system for Cars and Light Goods/Passenger vehicles (if full closure is needed it will be only for small short periods if the works need it). There will be a HGV diversion in place for the duration of the job. Pedestrian access will be kept open at all times throughout the period of the works.
This is a new programme of health-enhancing physical activity for older adults in a community setting. Limerick Sports Partnership has been asked to pilot this programme and the Cappamore Hub will commence in Community Centre on Monday 12 th. September at 11.00a.m. It will increase our participation rate in physical activity, improve our level of functional fitness and enhance our physical, social and mental health.
