The jackpot of €20,000 was WON. The numbers drawn were 1 – 13 – 20 – 24. The one Jackpot winner received €20,000 and it was Pat Hickey, Kilcommon. Congrats Pat. Next draw for a Jackpot of €5,600 will take place at the Clubhouse on Mon 17th Oct 2022 at 9:30pm.

Cappamore Celtic FC:

Congratulations to Mags Cahill who won 321 Euros in the recent Spilt the Bucket draw. This draw was held in O Dwyer’s Public House. Thanks to all who support this fundraiser. Also club gear night is on Tuesday October 18th 6.30 in the Clubhouse.

Get your order in time for Christmas Delivery. Finally Brendan O’Carroll and “Mrs Browns Boys” want to help get a defibrillator set up at all Football clubs across the country. They will give us €1250 towards the defibrillator but we have to raise €1250 on this FAI approved funding page. Once we reach our target the defibrillator will be erected at the club house and 10 people will be trained how to use it. Please donate what you can, and it may one day save a life. Cappamore GAA and Camogie club:

Green and Gold Lotto draw was held on Monday October 10th for Jackpot of €11200 and there was no winner. Cappamore Historical Society:

A lecture on the role played by Women and Cumann na mBan in the War of Independence will be given by Angela Hennessy on Wednesday the 19th of October at 7.30pm. in Cappamore Community centre.
