East Gaels Awards:

Congratulations to Robbie Hammersley Snr. Croughlahan who was the Cappamore recipient of an award at the recent hugely successful East Gaels Awards Night at the Millennium Centre Caherconlish. Robbie’s contribution locally to the GAA over a long period both as a player and mentor was acknowledged on the night.

This a new programme of health-enhancing physical activity for older adults in a community setting. It will increase our participation rate in physical activity, improve our level of functional fitness and enhance our physical, social and mental health.
