Get your order in time for Christmas Delivery. Finally Brendan O’Carroll and “Mrs Browns Boys” want to help get a defibrillator set up at all Football clubs across the country. They will give us €1250 towards the defibrillator but we have to raise €1250 on this FAI approved funding page. A lecture on the role played by Women and Cumann na mBan in the War of Independence will be given by Angela Hennessy on Wednesday the 19th of October at 7.30pm. in Cappamore Community centre.

Cappamore Youth Choir.
The Youth Choir is up and singing again! The next rehearsal is on Wednesday, 26th October and singing at the 7.30 Mass on Saturday 29th October. The choir is open to all senior Primary School students and all Secondary School students. Why not come along and let’s raise the roof with music and song?

Cappamore ICA Walk:

As this is Breast Cancer Awareness month a walk will take place on Saturday 15th October from the Community Centre, Cappamore at 11.00 a.m. All the funds raised will go to Breast Cancer Research. If you are not available on the day and wish to contribute you can give your donation to any member of Cappamore ICA. Please support the ongoing research and wear pink if possible to highlight the cause.

Set Dancing News:

Best of luck to the senior set dancers in the upcoming Munster final of Scor, which will be held in Cappamore on Sunday October 16th. Children’s dance classes continue every Wednesday at 4 45 pm. Beginners welcome.
