We led by 12 points at half time, two well taken points by Shane o Connor were the pick of the scores. Ahane aided by the breeze in the second half hit a purple patch to reduce the defecit, but Cappamore driven on from the back by Billy Dillon and the Hanley brothers Seamus and Colum, found the net 3 more times in the second half to run out comfortable winners.
